New Stuff
Spent today in the studio. I'm starting to feel pretty good about these prints. I have 11 prints that I consider finished, or almost finished. At some point I got to using a lot of black, red, and a mossy yellow. It seems to work.
I also decided to remove the borders from all my prints. I think it makes for a less formal presentation, and makes the prints look like big boxes of graffiti.
Here are a couple of prints that didn't fit in with the others:

This Is a Post on my Blog
I guess I've waited long enough to make my first post here. I'm not used to keeping a journal, and I feel like progress is slow.
I've mostly been working in the print studio. My original concept-- of surreal images that might appear as part of a larger story-- has been pushed aside by my recent tendency to work more abstractly:
In a way it feels like a distraction, but this seems to be the way my mind is working lately.
